Aluminium alloys include Al-Si, Al-Cu, Al-Mg, Al-Mg-Si, Al-Zn-Mg-Cu & Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloys. Aluminum alloy powders are very versatile and can be used across a wide range of industries for variedapplications. Some of the industries that can use aluminum alloy powders are aerospaace, automotive, tooling, consumer goods, biomedical, electronics, and construction.

Our typical aluminum alloy powdersinclude AA 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, and 8000 series.

Our aluminum alloy powder size range normally is 5-200um, including common range 15-53um & 20-65um for SLM or PBF, 53-106um for Laser Cladding and 53-150um for DED. Finer particle size range (smaller than 25um) and coarser range (larger than 200um) also can be provided per customer specification.
