Titanium-based alloy powder
Ti-based alloys, including common Ti6Al4V, Ti4822, Ti6242, Ti6211, Ti1023, Ti22Al25Nb, Ti6Al7Nb, Ti1023, Ti17, Ti55511,Ti6.5Al1Mo1V2Zr and Ti811, are well-known for low specific weight, excellent machanical properties (low density with high strength), excellent corrosion resistance and good bio-compatibility. It is widely used in the application of medical components. It is also good choice for some industrial applications in aerospace and motor-sports.
Our titanium-based metal powders can be produced by Hydride – Dehydride (HDH), Electrode Induction Gas Atomization (EIGA), Plasma Atomization (PA) and Plasma Rotating Electron Process (PREP).
In addition, we also can provide some Ti alloy wire, rod, plate or pipes. Titanium Grade: GR.1, GR.2, GR.3, GR.4, GR.5, GR.7, GR.12, GR.23, Ti-6Al-4V,Ti-811, Ti-15333, Ti-6242, Ti-662, Ti-1023, Ti6246.
