Soft Magnetic Powder
We provide varies of soft magnetic powders, including Fe-Si, Fe-Si-Cr, Fe-Si-Al, Fe-Ni, Fe-Ni-Mo, Fe-Co and Fe-Ni-Co series.
Fe-Si series soft magnetic powder is a cost-effective soft magnetic powder, which has high temperature resistance and will not experience thermal aging under high temperature conditions. The loss of iron silicon magnetic powder core is lower than that of iron powder core, and it has excellent DC bias ability. The soft saturation characteristics of Fe-Si magnetic powder cores are also significantly better than those of iron powder cores.
Fe-Ni seriesmagnetic powder has high flux and is a high-performance magnetic core with the highest DC bias ability, and high saturation magnetic flux density of up to 1.5T, and strong energy storage capacity, and lower losses.
Fe-Ni-Mo seriesmagnetic powder is one of the most expensive magnetic powders with low magnetic loss and soft saturation characteristics. Its saturation curve does not decrease with the rise of temperature. And it has the widest range of magnetic permeability, the best temperature stability, and no aging problems.
Fe-Si-Al series atomized magnetic powder has the characteristic of low loss at high frequencies, relatively low temperature rise of the magnetic core, almost zero magnetostriction coefficient, no hysteresis noise during operation, smaller size possible in device design, good temperature stability, no thermal aging problem. And it can manufacture magnetic cores with different shapes and large dimensions.
Our magneticpowder particlesize range normally can be 5-200um, including common range 0-45um, 15-53um, 20-65um, 53-106um and 53-150um. Finer particle size range (smaller than 25um) and coarser range (larger than 200um) also can be provided per customer specification.
Welcome to inquire about prices and technical specifications (including powder morphology and particle size etc.).
