Cobalt-based alloy powder
Shanghai Truer Technology Co,.LTD
Cobalt-based alloy powder
Truer provides a broad range of Co-based alloy powders of different particle sizes, including CoCrW powder, CoCrMo powder, CoCrMoW powder, Stellite powders, Haynes 188, Triballoy T400, Triballoy T800, 93Co7Ni, Haynes 25 (L605) and some customized powders.
Cobalt alloys are heat-resistant and corrossion-resistant alloys, and have good magnetic properties. In general, the cobalt alloy consists of chrome, and other metals such as molybdenum, nickel and tungsten.
Cobalt alloysis commonly used in complex and demanding applications such as gas turbines, and in medical and dental applications, but also for rings and other jewelry due to its bio-compatibility.
Cobalt based metal powders can be used for additive manufacturing (AM), hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection moulding (MIM) and surface coating (flame spraying, laser cladding, High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) or plasma transferred arc (PTA)).
