The Ti-6Al-2Nb-1Ta-1Mo (Ti-6211)spherical powder is ahighstrength titanium alloy powder with good stability, weldability, corrosion resistance and fabricability. It has been developed for advanced naval applications requiring thick-section products.
Ourspherical Ti6211powders can be obtained from EIGA or PREP processes havingcommon particle size range of 15-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um, 15-106um, 53-150um with high sphericity and very low satellites. The powders also can be sieved according customer specifications.
The Ti6211 powder can be used in a variety of metal 3D printer, including Renishow, EOS, ConceptLaser, SLM, 3Dsystems, Arcam and more.
