Featured by an innovative dynamic sealing structure, which provides strong support for the high-speed rotation and high-precision feeding of the electrode bar and consistent pressure in the atomizing chamber.
Long torque, high-speed rotation driving system with continuously adjustable rotation speed and power supply system to stabilize the operation with the rotation speed in the range of 13000-18000 rpm and supply current which can be maximally up to 3000A for 75mm diameter electrode bars.
A proprietary intelligent visual control system, high consistency and stability in batch powder quality, high productivity(e.g.,10kg/h for Ti6Al4V), and low energy consumption.

Technics Characteristics:
Narrow particle size range; The powder particle surface is smooth and clean; less hollow powder and satellite powder, less gas inclusion, high powder quality, very suitable for spraying, hot isostatic pressing(HIP) and 3D printing etc.
Basic principle:
A consumable electrode made of metal or alloy, whose end surface is heated by a plasma arc to melt into liquid and the liquid is ejected and crushed into fine droplets by the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of the electrode. The new dynamic sealing structure can provide strong support for the high-speed rotation process of large diameter electrode rod, provide high precision rod feeding, and ensure stable pressure in the atomization chamber. The new type of large torque, high-speed electrode rod rotating drive and power supply system, the speed is continuously adjustable which also can realize φ75mm electrode rod working at 13000-20000rmp high speed and stable power supply(maximum current 4000A); Self-developed visual intelligent control system; Batch powder has good performance consistency and stability; High production efficiency, economical and reliable.

Based on a large variance of requirements from project to project, most quotations need to be prepared by a packaging estimator. RFQs can be emailed directly to [email protected].

Most products need to be shipped by sea, but samples used only for testing may be shipped by courier and air to ensure timeliness. All of our products are carefully packaged with care to withstand the potentially harsh elements of travel. You can expect your products to arrive in the same condition they left our facilities.
Production time can range from 5 to 25 business days depending on products type, requirements many other factors. Greater customization with more additional processes generally yields slightly longer production times. For your best estimate in the timeline, consult with your Product Specialist.
While our products technically have no minimum order quantities, recommended MOQs are in place (which will differ based on products type, printing, or processes) to prevent individual unit prices from becoming too costly to recommend.
The minimum order quantity we can usually provide is 1-20kg for samples(based on the detailed products) and 100-200kg for official orders. But it may vary by product, so, please check with your Product Specialist to learn the recommended MOQ of any of our products.
