WC-Ni60 powder is a composite material combining tungsten carbide (WC) and Ni60 nickel-based alloy (NiCrBSiFe), primarily used in wear-resistant coatings for components like brake discs. The tungsten carbide provides extreme hardness to resist wear, while the Ni60 alloy offers good corrosion, oxidation, and heat resistance, acting as a binder to form dense, high-performance coatings with improved tribological properties. 

WC-Ni60 is applied in Hard-Facing and Coatings to create protective, wear-resistant surface. And it is also used for laser cladding, PTA and thermal spraying.

Our WC and WC-12Co powders are produced by Sintering Crushing or Agglomeration Sintering. Ni60 powder is produced by gas atomizing process. WC-Ni60 powder is blended by WC or WC-12Co and Ni60 powder.
