2507 Stainless Steel Powder
2507 also is called as 1.4410 (often designated as X10CrNiMoV25-7-3) in DIN/EN grade. It is commonly known by its UNS number S32750.
2507 is super duplex stainless steel with highly balanced microstructure of approximately 50% austenite and 50% ferrite. Its typical chemical composition includes 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and small amounts of nitrogen and other elements.
2507 has more enhanced mechanical and corrosion resistance properties comparable to duplex grade 2205.
It is suitably used in additive manufacturing (3D printing), directed energy deposition (DED) and thermal spraying of components for aggressive chloride-containing and sour service environments (e.g. seawater, oil & gas, petrochemical).
Normally our 2507 powders are produced by gas atomization with spherical morphology and good flowability and packing density.
