- Copper Aluminum (CuAl10) Alloy is a copper-based alloy that primarily consists of copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) which is widely used in electrical contact materials and the 3D printing industry, thanks to its high strength, good electrical conductivity, excellent thermal conductivity and superior corrosion resistance.
- CuAl10 powder of Truer can provide the best sphericity and low porosity produced by gas atomization at a competitive price. The particle size ranges from 15-53 μm, 45-105 μm, 53-150 μm, or can be tailored according to specific requirements.
- The storage and packing of Truer CuAl10 powder:
Spherical CuAl10 Alloy Powder should be stored in a sealed container in a dry and cool place, and should not be exposed to air for an extended period of time. We offer vacuum-sealed packaging options including 1kg/bag and 25kg/drum, or we can provide customized packaging as per your specific requirements.
All Truer metal powders are supplied with a certificate of analysis containing information on the chemical composition and particle size. Information on other powder characteristics is available upon request.
