F55 Stainless Steel Powder
F55 also is called as 1.4501 (often referred to as X2CrNiMoCuWN25-7-4) and UNS S32760 or the trademarked name Zeron 100.
F55 is super duplex stainless steel, known for its high strength and superior corrosion resistance. It is formulated specially for advanced manufacturing, particularly Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF).
Its microstructure includes approximately 50% austenite and 50% ferrite.
It is used in the fields with crevice, pitting or stress corrosion environments, such as oil & gas, chemical processing, marine or desalination fields.
Normally our F55 powders are produced by gas atomization with spherical morphology and good flowability and packing density.
