Performance of CuNi30 Powder:

Outstanding corrosion resistance: It has excellent resistance to corrosion in seawater and brackish water environments, as well as stress corrosion cracking and high-speed erosion with sand or bubbles.

Excellent thermal and electrical properties: It has high thermal and electrical conductivity, making it suitable for components that require heat dissipation or electrical conductivity.

Wide temperature range mechanical stability: It can maintain stable mechanical properties even at high temperatures.

Excellent process compatibility: The verified weldability and machinability make it suitable for a variety of advanced manufacturing processes.

Our CuNi10 and CuNi30 powders offer a variety of standard particle size specifications (such as 10-45 micrometers, 15-53 micrometers, 45-150 micrometers and even 150-300 micrometers etc.), and also can be customized to meet the requirements of different additive manufacturing equipment and processes.

Application of CuNi30 and CuNi10 Powder:

The booming metal additive manufacturing market is experiencing significant growth. Alloy materials hold a dominant position. The demand for complex, corrosion-resistant metal components in marine engineering, energy (chemicals, nuclear power), and high-end industrial equipment is an important driving force for the application of copper-nickel alloy powders.

By 2025, TRUER had successively launched a few Cu-Ni alloy powders suitable for extreme high-temperature environments and super alloy powder for binder jetting technology.

Looking ahead, metal additive manufacturing technology of CuNi alloys penetrates more industrial scenarios and the requirements for the environmental performance of materials during their lifecycle continue to rise, For downstream marine equipment manufacturers, energy service companies, and industrial component producers, these innovative materials, CuNi10 or CuNi30, not only mean an improvement in component performance but also serve as a significant boost to their environmental.
