430 Stainless Steel Powder
430 also is called as 1.4016 (often designated as X6Cr17) in DIN/EN grade.
430 stainless steel powder is a ferritic stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, excellent formability and magnetic properties.
It is widely used in additive manufacturing (3D printing) and thermal spraying for cost-sensitive applications, not requiring the high nickel content of austenitic grades.
Normally our 430 powders are produced by gas atomization.
