Aluninum nitride is a white to pale yellow powder that is 8-10 times more thermally conductive than alumina. Aluminum Nitride is a strategic ceramic material which posesses a unique combination of high thermal conductivity and remarkable insulation properties. High thermal conductivity, high chemical purity, thermal shock resistance, corrosion / erosion resistance, sintering / hot pressing or thermal fillers.

TRUER AlN powder is produced by a carbothermal reduction process using a highly active aluminum source and a carbon source. The thermal conductivity of AlN is ten times that of Al₂O₃, reaching 80~320W/m·k, and without anisotropy heat dissipation.

Therefore, it’s an important raw material for the preparation of AlN ceramic substrates and the production of various types of high thermal conductivity products.

AlN and SiN powder can be ceramic substrate brazed with copper by high-temperature vacuum brazing to get highly reliable substrates with exceptional heat dissipation performance. This brazing technology can achieve double-sided copper layers up to 800 μm thick on ceramic substrates as thin as 0.25 mm.
