Sua vantagem \u00e9 a estrutura densa, gr\u00e3os finos, composi\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme e excelente desempenho, e tamb\u00e9m pode ser aplicada para reparo e revestimento. No momento, a pesquisa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o por fus\u00e3o a laser em ligas de tit\u00e2nio, superligas e outras ligas fez bom progresso, mas em ligas de alum\u00ednio, a pesquisa de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o por fus\u00e3o a laser de ligas de alum\u00ednio ainda \u00e9 muito limitada devido \u00e0 alta condutividade t\u00e9rmica, alta reflet\u00e2ncia a laser de ligas de alum\u00ednio.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>O departamento de P&amp;D da Truer fez algumas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a tecnologia de fus\u00e3o a laser seletiva (SLM) de AlSi10Mg, e os resultados mostraram que sua resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as de SLM AlSi10Mg pode atingir 300MPa, chegando a 406MPa ap\u00f3s o tratamento t\u00e9rmico. E alguns estudiosos descobriram que a fonte de laser tem uma grande influ\u00eancia nas propriedades das pe\u00e7as depositadas de AlSi10Mg.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica e o tamanho das part\u00edculas (45-105um) do p\u00f3 de AlSi10Mg produzido pela Truer neste estudo s\u00e3o mostrados na Tabela 1. No processo de fus\u00e3o e deposi\u00e7\u00e3o a laser, o ponto focalizado \u00e9 5 mm e o di\u00e2metro do ponto desfocado \u00e9 de cerca de 0,6 mm. O p\u00f3 de laser de teste foi de 920W, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o de varredura foi unidirecional, a velocidade de varredura foi de 1,2 m\/min, a velocidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00f3 foi de 3,6 g\/min e a altura de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de cada camada foi de 0,42 mm. Uma amostra de parede \u00fanica com uma espessura de 2 mm foi preparada.
