Devido a seus altos n\u00edveis de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 flu\u00eancia, vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, essas ligas t\u00eam sido amplamente utilizadas nos setores aeroespacial e de energia. Normalmente, elas cont\u00eam at\u00e9 10 elementos de liga, incluindo elementos leves, como carbono ou boro, e elementos refrat\u00e1rios pesados, como Ta, W, Nb ou Re.<\/p><p><strong>Inconel 939<\/strong>(tamb\u00e9m conhecido como <strong>Em939<\/strong>)\u00e9 uma superliga com alto teor de cromo comumente usada em p\u00e1s e l\u00e2minas de turbinas. Essa liga tem boa capacidade de soldagem e resist\u00eancia suficiente em temperaturas operacionais de at\u00e9 950\u00b0C. As superligas semelhantes ao In939, como In718, In625 e Rene 220, formam uma camada de Cr2O3 por meio da oxida\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial do Cr, protegendo assim o metal da corros\u00e3o em alta temperatura. A camada de \u00f3xido formada \u00e9 geralmente densa e de crescimento lento e tem uma longa vida \u00fatil em temperaturas operacionais de at\u00e9 1.000 \u00b0C. Quando usada, a camada de Cr2O3 \u00e9 submetida a estresse, especialmente em condi\u00e7\u00f5es c\u00edclicas, o que pode levar \u00e0 fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o da camada.<\/p><p>Nesta pesquisa, as caracter\u00edsticas de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>Em939<\/strong> As pe\u00e7as produzidas por AM e CM (fundi\u00e7\u00e3o) foram estudadas detalhadamente ap\u00f3s a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a 900\u00b0C com 158h usando microsc\u00f3pio \u00f3ptico e microscopia eletr\u00f4nica de varredura (MEV) e espectroscopia de raios X por dispers\u00e3o de energia (EDX).<\/p><p><strong>Materiais <\/strong><\/p><p>O <strong>Em939<\/strong> s\u00e3o produzidas por AM (Laser powder bed fusion, LPBF) e CM (fundi\u00e7\u00e3o). De acordo com a imagem da se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal, as amostras de <strong>Camadas de Cr2O3<\/strong> com uma espessura m\u00e9dia de 3 \u03bcm est\u00e3o presentes em todas as amostras. A camada \u00e9 cont\u00ednua e uniforme, e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a significativa na escala de crescimento externo entre as amostras em termos de composi\u00e7\u00e3o de fase e espessura da camada de \u00f3xido devido \u00e0 anisotropia da microestrutura.
