A flexibilidade superior do projeto de <strong>ligas de alta entropia<\/strong>combinada com a conveni\u00eancia da tecnologia LC, tem grande potencial de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. O efeito da adi\u00e7\u00e3o de Mo no revestimento a laser sobre as caracter\u00edsticas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e o processo metal\u00fargico de<strong>(FeCoNiCr)-Mo <\/strong>foi investigado o revestimento de liga de alta entropia.<\/p><p>Este estudo se concentra em <strong>FeCoNiCr HEA<\/strong>que \u00e9 de grande interesse nas \u00e1reas aeroespacial, de transporte e de engenharia naval, para investigar a viabilidade dos revestimentos LC HEAs. Para atender aos requisitos de efici\u00eancia de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do laser e resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o, o elemento Mo \u00e9 introduzido na liga FeCoNiCr HEA.<\/p><p>A adi\u00e7\u00e3o do elemento Mo tem as vantagens de um ponto de fus\u00e3o mais alto e maior absor\u00e7\u00e3o de energia no processo de LC, o que tem o potencial de melhorar a efici\u00eancia da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do laser. Al\u00e9m disso, de acordo com a literatura existente, a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de Mo pode melhorar a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o de ligas de alta entropia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b4c562 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3b4c562\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Materiais e m\u00e9todos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beb66a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"beb66a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1.4091<\/strong> a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex (<strong>Tabela 1<\/strong>) \u00e9 o material de base. A interface de <strong>(FeCoNiCr)-Mo <\/strong>entre o revestimento LC e o substrato \u00e9 clara e \u00f3bvia, indicando uma forte liga\u00e7\u00e3o metal\u00fargica. A adi\u00e7\u00e3o de Mo afetar\u00e1 definitivamente a qualidade de moldagem do revestimento HEA (FeCoNiCr)-Mo. Conforme mostrado na Figura 1a, a qualidade de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>FeCoNiCr<\/strong> O revestimento LC \u00e9 ruim sem a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de Mo. O revestimento de LC \u00e9 composto principalmente de dendritos colunares e dendritos equiaxiais, e a regi\u00e3o superior do revestimento de LC exibe uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o irregular. Na \u00e1rea central do revestimento, longe da interface da \u00e1gua e do substrato, formam-se regi\u00f5es de cristais colunares com tecido denso.
