Mas a maioria deles s\u00f3 pode produzir componentes de complexidade geom\u00e9trica limitada. Al\u00e9m disso, esses processos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o eficientes e s\u00e3o caros devido aos longos processos t\u00e9cnicos envolvidos.<\/p><p>Nosso<strong>P\u00f3s de carbeto cimentado WC-12Co<\/strong>preparados por moagem de esferas, granula\u00e7\u00e3o por spray, pr\u00e9-sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o, peneiramento e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser aplicados por fus\u00e3o em leito de p\u00f3 a laser (LPBF). As pe\u00e7as de metal duro por LPBF por nossa equipe de<strong>P\u00f3 de WC-12Co<\/strong> com tamanhos de part\u00edcula quase esf\u00e9ricos de 15 a 53 \u03bcm, e o aglutinante Co \u00e9 uniformemente disperso na matriz de WC e apresenta excelentes propriedades mec\u00e2nicas e caracter\u00edsticas de desgaste com o ajuste da velocidade de varredura adequada.<\/p><p><strong>Figura 1<\/strong> mostra a microestrutura \u00f3ptica das pe\u00e7as de LPBF de metal duro WC-12Co formadas a partir de p\u00f3s de WC-12Co a uma velocidade de varredura de 400 mm\/s. As \u00e1reas vermelhas e azuis na Figura 1a representam os adesivos de WC e Co (solu\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 base de Co), respectivamente. Com o aumento da velocidade de varredura do laser, a HRA diminui gradualmente. No caso do metal duro WC-12Co formado a 380 mm\/s, as marcas de desgaste podem ser claramente observadas, e a matriz de WC est\u00e1 seriamente danificada. (2) Com o aumento da velocidade de varredura a laser, o TRS primeiro aumenta at\u00e9 o valor m\u00e1ximo e depois diminui. A varia\u00e7\u00e3o do TRS \u00e9 atribu\u00edda principalmente \u00e0 evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da fase \u019e fr\u00e1gil e aos defeitos metal\u00fargicos. (3) No caso do metal duro WC-12Co formado em baixas velocidades de escaneamento, a fase fr\u00e1gil \u03b7 pode se quebrar e cortar a matriz durante o atrito, resultando em perda de massa de desgaste. Para amostras formadas em altas velocidades de escaneamento, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e o desprendimento de camadas de cisalhamento acelerar\u00e3o o processo de atrito e destruir\u00e3o a resist\u00eancia ao desgaste do metal duro WC-12Co.
