A equipe da Truer RD preparou as amostras da liga Invar36 por meio de um processo de fus\u00e3o em leito de p\u00f3 a laser (LPBF) para fazer algumas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sua microestrutura e propriedades mec\u00e2nicas. Os resultados mostraram que a microestrutura e as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas das tr\u00eas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam uma caracter\u00edstica de anisotropia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Tabela 1<\/strong> A composi\u00e7\u00e3o nominal da liga Invar 36 consiste em 36% Ni e 64% Fe, com outros elementos presentes como tra\u00e7os de impurezas inevit\u00e1veis durante o processo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00f3. Isso indica que existe a possibilidade de uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o ideal dos gr\u00e3os nas amostras.<\/p><p>A fim de estudar a anisotropia da microestrutura das ligas Invar36 com diferentes orienta\u00e7\u00f5es preparadas por LPBF, a morfologia e o tamanho dos gr\u00e3os foram analisados. As amostras de 0\u00b0 e 45\u00b0 s\u00e3o equiaxiais, o tamanho de gr\u00e3o de 90\u00b0 \u00e9 significativamente diferente em termos de tamanho e forma de gr\u00e3o em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as outras duas amostras.<\/p><p>De acordo com a regra, a intensidade do gr\u00e3o \u00e9 a raiz quadrada do \u00edndice de gr\u00e3o que indica a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do gr\u00e3o. Portanto, ap\u00f3s alguns c\u00e1lculos, a resist\u00eancia da textura da liga Invar36 preparada pelo processo LPBF das amostras de 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 e 90\u00b0 pode ser calculada como 2,46, 2,90 e 2,61, respectivamente. O \u00edndice de textura e a resist\u00eancia da textura da liga Invar 36 preparada pelo processo LPBF s\u00e3o maiores que 1 nas dire\u00e7\u00f5es de 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 e 90\u00b0, indicando que a microestrutura do material apresenta anisotropia evidente.<\/p><p><sup>\u00a0<\/sup><\/p><p>Foram testadas as curvas de tens\u00e3o-deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da liga Invar36 fabricada pela LPBF em diferentes dire\u00e7\u00f5es de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Obviamente, as tr\u00eas amostras apresentam propriedades mec\u00e2nicas diferentes: a amostra de 90\u00b0 tem uma resist\u00eancia ao escoamento de 364 MPa, enquanto as amostras de 0\u00b0 e 45\u00b0 apresentam 392 MPa e 401 MPa. E a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o de cada amostra seguiu essa tend\u00eancia, com valores de 397 MPa, 485 MPa e 496 MPa de 90\u00b0, 0\u00b0 e 45\u00b0. Por fim, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o do alongamento mostra que o alongamento de 90\u00b0 \u00e9 62,70%, indicando que a liga Invar 36 preparada por LPBF tem uma boa perspectiva de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>Fig.3<\/strong> fornece uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o mais completa da anisotropia da microestrutura em ligas fabricadas por LPBF. Para 90\u00b0, o gradiente de temperatura G entre a po\u00e7a de fus\u00e3o e o s\u00f3lido solidificado \u00e9 significativamente maior, o que favorece a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de gr\u00e3os colunares na dire\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de calor. Para amostras de 0\u00b0, o calor flui do centro da po\u00e7a de fus\u00e3o para ambos os lados, resultando em um G menor. Al\u00e9m disso, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o geom\u00e9trica da microestrutura da amostra de 45\u00b0 \u00e9 mostrada na Fig. 3 (c). A superf\u00edcie observada \u00e9 equivalente \u00e0 superf\u00edcie obtida pelo corte da amostra de 90\u00b0 com uma tangente de 45\u00b0 e a proje\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra de 0\u00b0. Nas amostras de 0\u00b0 e 45\u00b0, h\u00e1 poros grandes, que podem ser atribu\u00eddos \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de regi\u00f5es fracas com liga\u00e7\u00e3o metal\u00fargica danificada. Durante o teste de tra\u00e7\u00e3o, a \u00e1rea fraca apresenta fratura preferencial, resultando na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de bordas de rasgo. Em contraste, a amostra de 90\u00b0 n\u00e3o apresenta grandes vazios e exibe excelente alongamento, o que \u00e9 consistente com os resultados do teste de tra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d33ecaa elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d33ecaa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"571\" src=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/10-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo-1024x571.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-7528\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" title=\"\" data-srcset=\"\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20c63a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20c63a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ap\u00f3s alguns testes e an\u00e1lises da Truer para ligas Invar36 preparadas por fus\u00e3o de leitos de p\u00f3 a laser, conclu\u00edmos que, em diferentes orienta\u00e7\u00f5es de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 e 90\u00b0, a microestrutura e as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da liga Invar36 preparada por LPBF mostram anisotropia \u00f3bvia em tr\u00eas dire\u00e7\u00f5es. E os esp\u00e9cimes na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de 90\u00b0 mostraram crescimento de gr\u00e3os colunares em v\u00e1rias piscinas. Entretanto, as estruturas fabricadas nas dire\u00e7\u00f5es de 0\u00b0 e 45\u00b0 apresentam gr\u00e3os equiaxiais. As propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da liga Invar36 preparada por LPBF s\u00e3o sens\u00edveis \u00e0 microestrutura e, portanto, apresentam anisotropia evidente.
