A composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica precisa e control\u00e1vel do p\u00f3 de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex \u00e9 a base e a dificuldade da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o desse tipo de p\u00f3. Do ponto de vista da pr\u00e1tica de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, este documento analisa detalhadamente como romper as principais tecnologias para obter uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa est\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>O a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex (DSS) \u00e9 um material met\u00e1lico estrutural multif\u00e1sico que consiste em uma fra\u00e7\u00e3o de volume compar\u00e1vel de ferrita (\u03b1) e austenita (\u03b3). Mas algumas pe\u00e7as fundidas de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex com estrutura complexa s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de fundir, o que limita seu desenvolvimento.<\/p><p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os processos tradicionais de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, a vantagem da impress\u00e3o 3D \u00e9 a capacidade de fabricar livremente pe\u00e7as complexas diretamente a partir de p\u00f3s, sem envolver m\u00e9todos tradicionais de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, como extrus\u00e3o, forjamento, fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e processamento secund\u00e1rio para obter a forma desejada, e as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas do material podem atender ou exceder o n\u00edvel de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Entende-se que a Truer Technology Co., Ltd. iniciou a pesquisa e o desenvolvimento de uma s\u00e9rie de p\u00f3 de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex desde 2021. Esse tipo de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex tem um alto teor de N e um intervalo de composi\u00e7\u00e3o estreito, e como controlar de forma precisa e est\u00e1vel o teor de N na liga tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um desafio t\u00e9cnico.<\/p><p>Com base nos c\u00e1lculos termodin\u00e2micos e cin\u00e9ticos da liga de N, a equipe de pesquisa de p\u00f3 de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel da Truer formulou um processo de controle de liga de N ajust\u00e1vel para obter um controle de N est\u00e1vel e preciso. O n\u00edvel de controle da s\u00e9rie de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex com N produzido pela Truer \u00e9 mostrado na Figura 3, e o teor de N de todos os tipos de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel duplex em todos os fornos \u00e9 controlado dentro da faixa-alvo.
