Isso permite que o produto seja sinterizado ou densificado. Diferentes materiais selecionados temperatura, press\u00e3o, tempo de espera s\u00e3o muito diferentes, principalmente com base na mudan\u00e7a de fase s\u00f3lida do material e resist\u00eancia a alta temperatura, par\u00e2metros do processo de sele\u00e7\u00e3o de plasticidade. O papel da prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente para pe\u00e7as de metal impressas em 3D<\/p><p>A prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente pode eliminar defeitos internos. Conforme mencionado acima, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente no campo da impress\u00e3o 3D visa eliminar defeitos no interior da pe\u00e7a final.<\/p><p>A prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente pode melhorar o tecido sub-resfriado ou subest\u00e1vel formado por taxas de resfriamento excessivas. A prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente geralmente envolve o aquecimento a uma temperatura muito alta, equivalente a um processo de recozimento de alta temperatura. Quer seja a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de SLM a laser ou a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de EBM por feixe de el\u00e9trons, h\u00e1 uma tend\u00eancia para a resist\u00eancia do material diminuir e a plasticidade aumentar ap\u00f3s a prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente, especialmente para materiais com tecnologia SLM. A raz\u00e3o para este fen\u00f4meno \u00e9 que a taxa de resfriamento do processo de conforma\u00e7\u00e3o SLM \u00e9 mais r\u00e1pida e mais martensita \u00e9 formada na parte formada, que se decomp\u00f5e ap\u00f3s o recozimento HIP, fazendo com que a resist\u00eancia do material caia e a plasticidade aumente. Ao mesmo tempo, a dureza do material tamb\u00e9m mudar\u00e1 com o HIP, com uma queda de 5-10% na dureza ap\u00f3s o HIP. No geral, a prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente melhora a tenacidade do material e a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 extens\u00e3o da trinca por fadiga.<\/p><p>Limita\u00e7\u00f5es do tratamento de prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente<\/p><p>A prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente n\u00e3o funciona bem em nenhum material e para a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer defeito, e a configura\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada do processo de prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente pode ter consequ\u00eancias muito s\u00e9rias, portanto, o seguinte deve ser observado ao usar a prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente.<\/p><p>(1) Para defeitos abertos (defeitos que se estendem do interior da pe\u00e7a \u00e0 superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a e do meio de g\u00e1s externo) a prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente n\u00e3o tem nenhum efeito na elimina\u00e7\u00e3o dos defeitos.<\/p><p>(2) Quando existe um grande defeito (mais de 2 mm) dentro da pe\u00e7a, ele formar\u00e1 uma cratera na superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a, conforme mostrado na Figura 5, e exigir\u00e1 solda para reparo. Quando a cratera est\u00e1 em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o onde o reparo da solda n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel, isso pode resultar no descarte da pe\u00e7a, como algumas pe\u00e7as de paredes finas, pe\u00e7as de paredes finas ou l\u00e2minas.<\/p><p>(3) Sem efeito na elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de fissuras e defeitos de inclus\u00f5es.<\/p><p>(4) A prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente pode causar oxida\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a, formando uma fina pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido, preferencialmente entre as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de acabamento.<\/p><p>(5) A prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente pode causar distor\u00e7\u00e3o severa da pe\u00e7a e medidas para prevenir a distor\u00e7\u00e3o devem sempre ser consideradas antes de faz\u00ea-lo.<\/p><p>(6) As temperaturas e press\u00f5es de processo ajustadas incorretamente podem resultar no adelga\u00e7amento da espessura da parede da pe\u00e7a e, em casos graves, no engrossamento severo do tamanho do gr\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a, resultando em propriedades pobres do material e refugo da pe\u00e7a.<\/p><p>(7) Para ligas com grandes diferen\u00e7as nos pontos de fus\u00e3o dos elementos de liga, pode resultar na queima de elementos qu\u00edmicos de baixo ponto de fus\u00e3o.<\/p><p>(8) N\u00e3o \u00e9 adequado para ligas eut\u00e9ticas, f\u00e1ceis de formar fissuras de liquefa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\"
