Elle pr\u00e9sente l'avantage d'une structure dense, de grains fins, d'une composition uniforme et d'excellentes performances, et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration et au rev\u00eatement. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la recherche sur le d\u00e9p\u00f4t par fusion laser des alliages de titane, des superalliages et d'autres alliages a bien progress\u00e9, mais la recherche sur le d\u00e9p\u00f4t par fusion laser des alliages d'aluminium est encore tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e en raison de la conductivit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de la r\u00e9flectance \u00e9lev\u00e9e du laser des alliages d'aluminium.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9partement de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement de Truer a men\u00e9 des recherches sur la technologie de fusion laser s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e (SLM) de l'AlSi10Mg, et les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction des pi\u00e8ces en AlSi10Mg SLM peut atteindre 300MPa, voire 406MPa apr\u00e8s traitement thermique. Certains chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que la ressource laser avait une grande influence sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9pos\u00e9es en AlSi10Mg.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La composition chimique et la taille des particules (45-105um) de la poudre d'AlSi10Mg produite par Truer dans cette \u00e9tude sont indiqu\u00e9es dans le tableau 1. Dans le processus de fusion et de d\u00e9p\u00f4t par laser, le point focalis\u00e9 est de 5 mm et le diam\u00e8tre du point de d\u00e9focalisation est d'environ 0,6 mm. La poudre laser d'essai \u00e9tait de 920 W, la direction de balayage \u00e9tait unidirectionnelle, la vitesse de balayage \u00e9tait de 1,2 m\/min, la vitesse d'alimentation en poudre \u00e9tait de 3,6 g\/min, et la hauteur de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de chaque couche \u00e9tait de 0,42 mm. Un \u00e9chantillon de paroi unique d'une \u00e9paisseur de 2 mm a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9.
