Le recuit de mise en solution doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature minimale de 1925\u00b0F (environ 1052\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refroidissement rapide par air ou par eau <strong>trempe<\/strong> doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s le recuit. Pour une r\u00e9sistance maximale \u00e0 la corrosion, les produits trait\u00e9s thermiquement doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9cap\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soudabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2507 a une bonne <strong>soudabilit\u00e9<\/strong> et peut \u00eatre reli\u00e9 \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame ou \u00e0 d'autres mat\u00e9riaux par soudage \u00e0 l'arc sous protection m\u00e9tallique (SMAW), soudage \u00e0 l'arc sous argon tungst\u00e8ne (GTAW), soudage \u00e0 l'arc plasma (PAW), fil fourr\u00e9 (FCW) ou soudage \u00e0 l'arc submerg\u00e9 (SAW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser le m\u00e9tal d'apport 2507\/P100 pour le soudage, car il produira une structure de soudure duplex appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du soudage, il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9chauffer le 2507, sauf pour \u00e9viter la condensation sur le m\u00e9tal froid.
