En raison de leurs niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance au fluage, \u00e0 la vulcanisation et \u00e0 l'oxydation, ces alliages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9s dans les secteurs de l'a\u00e9rospatiale et de l'\u00e9nergie. Ils contiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement jusqu'\u00e0 10 \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, y compris des \u00e9l\u00e9ments l\u00e9gers tels que le carbone ou le bore, et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments lourds r\u00e9fractaires tels que Ta, W, Nb ou Re.<\/p><p><strong>Inconel 939<\/strong>(\u00e9galement connu sous le nom de <strong>IN939<\/strong>) est un superalliage \u00e0 haute teneur en chrome couramment utilis\u00e9 dans les pales et aubes de turbines. Cet alliage pr\u00e9sente une bonne aptitude au soudage et une r\u00e9sistance suffisante \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement allant jusqu'\u00e0 950\u00b0C. Les superalliages similaires \u00e0 In939, tels que In718, In625 et Rene 220, forment une couche de Cr2O3 par l'oxydation pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle du Cr, prot\u00e9geant ainsi le m\u00e9tal de la corrosion \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. La couche d'oxyde form\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dense et \u00e0 croissance lente et a une longue dur\u00e9e de vie \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement allant jusqu'\u00e0 1000\u00b0C. Lors de son utilisation, la couche de Cr2O3 est soumise \u00e0 des contraintes, en particulier dans des conditions cycliques, ce qui peut entra\u00eener l'\u00e9caillage de la couche.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9tude, les caract\u00e9ristiques d'oxydation des <strong>IN939<\/strong> produites par AM et CM (coul\u00e9e) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e en d\u00e9tail apr\u00e8s une exposition \u00e0 900\u00b0C pendant 158 heures \u00e0 l'aide d'un microscope optique, d'un microscope \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage (MEB) et d'une spectroscopie \u00e0 rayons X \u00e0 dispersion d'\u00e9nergie (EDX).<\/p><p><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux <\/strong><\/p><p>Les <strong>IN939<\/strong> sont produits \u00e0 la fois par AM (fusion laser sur lit de poudre, LPBF) et par CM (coul\u00e9e). D'apr\u00e8s l'image de la section transversale, les \u00e9chantillons de <strong>Couches de Cr2O3<\/strong> d'une \u00e9paisseur moyenne de 3 \u03bcm sont pr\u00e9sentes sur tous les \u00e9chantillons. La couche est continue et uniforme, et il n'y a pas de diff\u00e9rence significative dans l'\u00e9chelle de croissance externe entre les \u00e9chantillons en termes de composition de phase et d'\u00e9paisseur de la couche d'oxyde due \u00e0 l'anisotropie de la microstructure.
