L'effet de l'ajout de Mo dans le rechargement laser sur les caract\u00e9ristiques de formation et le processus m\u00e9tallurgique de l'acier inoxydable.<strong>(FeCoNiCr)-Mo <\/strong>Le rev\u00eatement d'un alliage \u00e0 haute entropie a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9.<\/p><p>Cette \u00e9tude se concentre sur <strong>FeCoNiCr HEA<\/strong>qui pr\u00e9sente un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat dans les domaines de l'a\u00e9rospatiale, des transports et du g\u00e9nie maritime, afin d'\u00e9tudier la faisabilit\u00e9 des rev\u00eatements LC HEAs. Afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d'efficacit\u00e9 de l'utilisation du laser et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment Mo est introduit dans l'alliage HEA FeCoNiCr.<\/p><p>L'ajout de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment Mo pr\u00e9sente les avantages d'un point de fusion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et d'une absorption accrue de l'\u00e9nergie dans le processus de LC, ce qui peut am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'utilisation du laser. L'interface de <strong>(FeCoNiCr)-Mo <\/strong>entre le rev\u00eatement LC et le substrat est clair et \u00e9vident, ce qui indique une forte liaison m\u00e9tallurgique. L'ajout de Mo affectera certainement la qualit\u00e9 du moulage du rev\u00eatement HEA (FeCoNiCr)-Mo. Comme le montre la figure 1a, la qualit\u00e9 de formage du rev\u00eatement HEA (FeCoNiCr)-Mo est tr\u00e8s bonne. <strong>FeCoNiCr<\/strong> Le rev\u00eatement LC est m\u00e9diocre sans l'ajout de Mo. Le rev\u00eatement LC est principalement compos\u00e9 de dendrites colonnaires et de dendrites \u00e9quiaxiales. La r\u00e9gion sup\u00e9rieure du rev\u00eatement LC pr\u00e9sente une orientation irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Dans la zone centrale du rev\u00eatement, loin de l'interface avec l'eau et du substrat, des r\u00e9gions de cristaux colonnaires avec un tissu dense sont form\u00e9es.
