Il s'agit d'un type de mat\u00e9riau dot\u00e9 d'une excellente duret\u00e9 et d'une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, ce qui permet de l'utiliser dans la fabrication d'outils de coupe, de forets, de pi\u00e8ces d'usure, etc. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 est produit par la m\u00e9tallurgie des poudres conventionnelle (PM), le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud (HIP), la synth\u00e8se autopropag\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (SHS) et le frittage par plasma d'\u00e9tincelles (SPS). Mais la plupart d'entre eux ne peuvent produire que des composants d'une complexit\u00e9 g\u00e9om\u00e9trique limit\u00e9e. En outre, ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s ne sont pas efficaces et sont co\u00fbteux en raison des longs processus techniques qu'ils impliquent.<\/p><p>Notre<strong>Poudres de carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 WC-12Co<\/strong>pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par broyage \u00e0 billes, granulation par pulv\u00e9risation, pr\u00e9-frittage, tamisage et classement peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s par fusion laser sur lit de poudre (LPBF). Les pi\u00e8ces en carbure obtenues par LPBF par notre proc\u00e9d\u00e9 mixte de fusion sur lit de poudre peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es par fusion sur lit de poudre au laser (LPBF).<strong>Poudre de WC-12Co<\/strong> avec presque sph\u00e9rique avec des tailles de particules de 15-53 \u03bcm, et le liant Co est uniform\u00e9ment dispers\u00e9 dans la matrice WC sont montr\u00e9 d'excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et les caract\u00e9ristiques d'usure en ajustant la vitesse de balayage appropri\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Figure 1<\/strong> montre la microstructure optique des pi\u00e8ces LPBF en carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 WC-12Co form\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de poudres WC-12Co \u00e0 une vitesse de balayage de 400 mm\/s. Les zones rouges et bleues de la figure 1a repr\u00e9sentent les adh\u00e9sifs WC et Co (solutions \u00e0 base de Co) respectivement. Avec l'augmentation de la vitesse de balayage laser, la HRA diminue progressivement. Pour le carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 WC-12Co form\u00e9 \u00e0 380 mm\/s, des marques d'usure peuvent \u00eatre clairement observ\u00e9es et la matrice WC est s\u00e9rieusement endommag\u00e9e. (2) Avec l'augmentation de la vitesse de balayage laser, le SRT augmente d'abord jusqu'\u00e0 la valeur maximale, puis diminue. La variation du SRT est principalement attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution de la phase \u019e fragile et aux d\u00e9fauts m\u00e9tallurgiques. (3) Pour le carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 WC-12Co form\u00e9 \u00e0 des vitesses de balayage faibles, la phase \u03b7 fragile peut se briser et couper la matrice pendant le frottement, ce qui entra\u00eene une perte de masse d'usure. Pour les \u00e9chantillons form\u00e9s \u00e0 des vitesses de balayage \u00e9lev\u00e9es, la formation et le d\u00e9tachement des couches de cisaillement acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent le processus de friction et d\u00e9truisent la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure du carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 WC-12Co. Par cons\u00e9quent, les \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 une vitesse de balayage de 400 mm\/s pr\u00e9sentent la meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0
