Compar\u00e9e aux m\u00e9thodes de fabrication additive par laser ou faisceau d'\u00e9lectrons, la technologie de fabrication additive par pulv\u00e9risation \u00e0 froid a un temps de production plus court, une grande flexibilit\u00e9 de taille et n'est pas affect\u00e9e par la forte r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9 du cuivre, de l'aluminium et d'autres m\u00e9taux sur le laser. Les principaux facteurs influents sont les suivants\n<ul>\n \t<li>Type de gaz, par exemple air, azote, h\u00e9lium<\/li>\n \t<li>Pression du gaz<\/li>\n \t<li>Temp\u00e9rature du gaz<\/li>\n \t<li>Taille des particules<\/li>\n \t<li>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux de base, par exemple densit\u00e9, r\u00e9sistance, temp\u00e9rature de fusion<\/li>\n \t<li>Type de buse<\/li>\n \t<li>Substrat<\/li>\n \t<li>Cin\u00e9tique de d\u00e9p\u00f4t (vitesse transversale du pistolet, vitesse de balayage, nombre de passes...)<\/li>\n \t<li>Distance d'\u00e9loignement, distance entre la buse de pulv\u00e9risation \u00e0 froid et le substrat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\nNos poudres atomis\u00e9es \u00e0 l'eau avec des poudres tr\u00e8s fines pr\u00e9sentent de nombreux avantages pour la fabrication additive par pulv\u00e9risation \u00e0 froid et sont \u00e9galement extr\u00eamement \u00e9conomiques pour les processus de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de m\u00e9tal par pulv\u00e9risation \u00e0 froid.
