Cela a permis d'obtenir une duret\u00e9 uniforme de la couche de rev\u00eatement PTA.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s auto-fluxantes de la matrice en alliage de nickel, le soudage PTA n\u00e9cessite moins de chaleur, ce qui minimise la dissolution des carbures. La matrice en alliage de nickel-carbure de tungst\u00e8ne produit des rev\u00eatements durs, denses et particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l'abrasion et \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion sous faible contrainte, ce qui lui permet de trouver des applications dans les secteurs minier, p\u00e9trolier et gazier, agroalimentaire, agricole et m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6ff2be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f6ff2be\" de nickel est obtenue par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'atomisation au gaz, ce qui permet d'obtenir une poudre sph\u00e9rique.<\/p><p>Le carbure de tungst\u00e8ne, qu'il s'agisse du WC-12Co ou du WC-10Ni, est obtenu par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'agglom\u00e9ration par broyage ou par frittage, permettant respectivement d'obtenir une poudre de forme irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re ou sph\u00e9rique.<\/p><p>Le m\u00e9lange de poudre de carbure de tungst\u00e8ne et de poudre d'alliage de nickel est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de
