L'\u00e9quipe de Truer RD a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons d'alliage Invar36 par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion laser sur lit de poudre (LPBF) afin d'\u00e9tudier sa microstructure et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la microstructure et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des trois orientations pr\u00e9sentent une caract\u00e9ristique d'anisotropie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Tableau 1<\/strong> La composition nominale de l'alliage Invar 36 consiste en 36% Ni et 64% Fe, d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9tant pr\u00e9sents sous forme d'impuret\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de traces in\u00e9vitables au cours du processus de pr\u00e9paration de la poudre. Cela indique qu'il existe une possibilit\u00e9 d'orientation optimale des grains dans les \u00e9chantillons.<\/p><p>Afin d'\u00e9tudier l'anisotropie de la microstructure des alliages Invar36 avec diff\u00e9rentes orientations pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par LPBF, la morphologie et la taille des grains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es. L'anisotropie de la microstructure des alliages Invar 36 (<strong>Fig. 2<\/strong>) pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par LPBF \u00e0 des orientations de 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 et 90\u00b0 sont similaires \u00e0 ceux observ\u00e9s dans les alliages Inconel 718 et AlSi10Mg pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par LPBF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5686641 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"5686641\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"941\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/8-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-7526\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/8-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo.png 941w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/8-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo-300x126.png 300w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/8-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo-768x322.png 768w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/8-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo-18x8.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 941px) 100vw, 941px\" title=\"\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b106fcd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b106fcd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 et 90\u00b0, la microstructure de l'alliage Invar 36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par LPBF est \u00e9galement similaire \u00e0 celle de l'alliage Ti15Mo pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par LPBF.Les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 0\u00b0 et 45\u00b0 sont \u00e9quiaxiaux, la taille des grains \u00e0 90\u00b0 est significativement diff\u00e9rente en taille et en forme par rapport aux deux autres \u00e9chantillons.<\/p><p>Selon la r\u00e8gle, l'intensit\u00e9 du grain est la racine carr\u00e9e de l'indice de grain indiquant l'orientation du grain. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s quelques calculs, l'alliage Invar36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 LPBF, l'intensit\u00e9 de texture des \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 et 90\u00b0 peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant respectivement de 2,46, 2,90 et 2,61. L'indice de texture et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la texture de l'alliage Invar 36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 LPBF sont sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 1 dans les directions 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 et 90\u00b0, ce qui indique que la microstructure du mat\u00e9riau pr\u00e9sente une anisotropie \u00e9vidente.<\/p><p><sup>\u00a0<\/sup><\/p><p>Les courbes contrainte-d\u00e9formation de l'alliage Invar36 fabriqu\u00e9 par LPBF dans diff\u00e9rentes directions de construction ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es. De toute \u00e9vidence, les trois \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9sentent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques diff\u00e9rentes : l'\u00e9chantillon 90\u00b0 a une limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de 364MPa, tandis que les \u00e9chantillons 0\u00b0 et 45\u00b0 pr\u00e9sentent des valeurs plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es de 392MPa et 401MPa. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de chaque \u00e9chantillon suit la m\u00eame tendance, avec des valeurs de 397MPa, 485MPa et 496MPa pour les \u00e9chantillons 90\u00b0, 0\u00b0 et 45\u00b0. Enfin, la mesure de l'allongement montre que l'allongement \u00e0 90\u00b0 est de 62,70%, ce qui indique que l'alliage Invar 36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par LPBF a de bonnes perspectives d'application.<\/p><p><strong>Fig.3<\/strong> fournit une explication plus compl\u00e8te de l'anisotropie de la microstructure dans les alliages fabriqu\u00e9s par LPBF. Pour les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 90\u00b0, le gradient de temp\u00e9rature G entre le bain de fusion et le solide solidifi\u00e9 est nettement plus important, ce qui favorise la formation de grains colonnaires dans la direction du flux de chaleur. Pour les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 0\u00b0, la chaleur circule du centre du bain de fusion vers les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, ce qui r\u00e9duit le gradient G. Il est donc plus facile de former des grains \u00e9quiaxes. En outre, la relation g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de la microstructure de l'\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 45\u00b0 est illustr\u00e9e \u00e0 la figure 3 (c). La surface observ\u00e9e est \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 la surface obtenue en coupant l'\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 90\u00b0 avec une tangente de 45\u00b0, et \u00e0 la projection de l'\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 0\u00b0. Les \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 0\u00b0 et 45\u00b0 pr\u00e9sentent de larges pores, qui peuvent \u00eatre attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation de zones faibles avec une liaison m\u00e9tallurgique endommag\u00e9e. Au cours de l'essai de traction, la zone faible pr\u00e9sente une fracture pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation d'ar\u00eates de d\u00e9chirure. En revanche, l'\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 90\u00b0 ne pr\u00e9sente pas de grands vides et pr\u00e9sente une excellente \u00e9longation, ce qui est coh\u00e9rent avec les r\u00e9sultats de l'essai de traction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d33ecaa elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d33ecaa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"571\" src=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/10-metal-powder-particle-sem-photo-1024x571.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-7528\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" title=\"\" data-srcset=\"\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20c63a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20c63a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques tests et analyses effectu\u00e9s par Truer pour les alliages Invar36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par fusion de lits de poudre laser, nous avons conclu qu'\u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes orientations de construction de 0\u00b0, 45\u00b0 et 90\u00b0, la microstructure et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage Invar36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par LPBF pr\u00e9sentent une anisotropie \u00e9vidente dans trois directions. Les sp\u00e9cimens orient\u00e9s \u00e0 90\u00b0 pr\u00e9sentent une croissance du grain en colonne dans plusieurs bassins. Cependant, les structures fabriqu\u00e9es dans les directions 0\u00b0 et 45\u00b0 pr\u00e9sentent des grains \u00e9quiaxes. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage Invar36 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par LPBF sont sensibles \u00e0 la microstructure et pr\u00e9sentent donc une anisotropie \u00e9vidente.
