La composition chimique pr\u00e9cise et contr\u00f4lable de la poudre d'acier inoxydable duplex est la base et la difficult\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration de ce type de poudre. Du point de vue de la pratique de production, cet article analyse en d\u00e9tail la mani\u00e8re de percer les technologies cl\u00e9s pour parvenir \u00e0 une production de masse stable.<\/p><p>L'acier inoxydable duplex (DSS) est un mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique structurel multiphase compos\u00e9 d'une fraction volumique comparable de ferrite (\u03b1) et d'aust\u00e9nite (\u03b3). Il pr\u00e9sente une excellente r\u00e9sistance aux piq\u00fbres, une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans des environnements difficiles tels que ceux contenant des acides chlor\u00e9s.<br \/><br \/>La figure 1 compare la vitesse de corrosion des aciers inoxydables duplex et aust\u00e9nitiques \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures d'\u00e9bullition dans un m\u00e9lange de 50 % d'acide ac\u00e9tique et de diff\u00e9rentes quantit\u00e9s d'acide formique. Cependant, certaines pi\u00e8ces coul\u00e9es en acier inoxydable duplex de structure complexe sont difficiles \u00e0 couler, ce qui limite leur d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p><p>Par rapport aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de moulage traditionnels, l'avantage de l'impression 3D est la possibilit\u00e9 de fabriquer librement des pi\u00e8ces complexes directement \u00e0 partir de poudres, sans faire appel aux m\u00e9thodes de fabrication traditionnelles telles que l'extrusion, le forgeage, le moulage et le traitement secondaire pour obtenir la forme souhait\u00e9e, et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du mat\u00e9riau peuvent atteindre ou d\u00e9passer le niveau du moulage.<\/p><p>Il est entendu que Truer Technology Co. Ltd. a commenc\u00e9 la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement d'une s\u00e9rie de poudres d'acier inoxydable duplex depuis 2021. Ce type d'acier inoxydable duplex a une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en N et un intervalle de composition \u00e9troit, et la mani\u00e8re de contr\u00f4ler de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise et stable la teneur en N dans l'alliage constitue \u00e9galement un d\u00e9fi technique.<\/p><p>Sur la base des calculs thermodynamiques et cin\u00e9tiques de l'alliage de l'azote, l'\u00e9quipe de recherche-d\u00e9veloppement sur les poudres d'acier inoxydable de Truer a formul\u00e9 un processus de contr\u00f4le de l'alliage de l'azote ajustable pour obtenir un contr\u00f4le stable et pr\u00e9cis de l'azote. Le niveau de contr\u00f4le de la s\u00e9rie d'acier inoxydable duplex contenant de l'azote produit par Truer est illustr\u00e9 \u00e0 la figure 3, et la teneur en azote de tous les types d'acier inoxydable duplex dans tous les fours est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e dans la fourchette cible.
