Le disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne est une poudre solide fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de poudre de concentr\u00e9 de molybd\u00e8ne naturel qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 purifi\u00e9e chimiquement et dont la structure mol\u00e9culaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e.<br \/>Le produit est noir avec une couleur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement gris argent\u00e9, un \u00e9clat m\u00e9tallique, lisse au toucher, insoluble dans l'eau.<br \/>Le produit pr\u00e9sente les avantages d'une bonne dispersion, d'une absence de liaison, peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes sortes de graisses, formant un \u00e9tat collo\u00efdal sans liaison, peut augmenter le pouvoir lubrifiant de la graisse et de la pression extr\u00eame. Il s'applique \u00e9galement aux conditions de travail m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, haute pression, haute vitesse et haute charge, afin de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de l'\u00e9quipement.<br \/>Le disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne est utilis\u00e9 pour les mat\u00e9riaux de friction, la fonction principale est de r\u00e9duire la friction \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, la friction \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, la quantit\u00e9 de perte par combustion est faible, facile \u00e0 volatiliser dans les mat\u00e9riaux de friction.<br \/>R\u00e9duction du frottement : la taille des particules de bisulfure de molybd\u00e8ne atteint 325-2500 mesh par un traitement de broyage \u00e0 flux d'air supersonique, la duret\u00e9 des microparticules est de 1-1,5, le coefficient de frottement est de 0,05-0,1, il peut donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les mat\u00e9riaux de frottement et peut jouer un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9duction du frottement.<br \/>Friction : Le disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne n'est pas conducteur et existe sous forme de copolym\u00e8re de disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne, de trisulfure de molybd\u00e8ne et de trioxyde de molybd\u00e8ne. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature d'un mat\u00e9riau de friction augmente fortement en raison du frottement, les particules de trioxyde de molybd\u00e8ne du copolym\u00e8re se dilatent \u00e0 mesure qu'elles se r\u00e9chauffent, ce qui augmente la friction.<br \/>Anti-oxydation : Le disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne est obtenu par une r\u00e9action compl\u00e8te de purification chimique, sa valeur pH est de 7-8, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle du disulfure de
