Cela permet de fritter ou de densifier le produit. La temp\u00e9rature, la pression et le temps de maintien sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents d'un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 l'autre, principalement en fonction des param\u00e8tres du processus de s\u00e9lection du changement de phase solide du mat\u00e9riau et de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, de la plasticit\u00e9. Comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessus, l'application du pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud dans le domaine de l'impression 3D consiste \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les d\u00e9fauts \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la pi\u00e8ce finale.<\/p><p>Le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud peut am\u00e9liorer les tissus sous-refroidis ou sous-stables form\u00e9s par des vitesses de refroidissement excessives. Le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud implique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un chauffage \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute temp\u00e9rature, \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 un processus de recuit \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Qu'il s'agisse du formage SLM par laser ou du formage EBM par faisceau d'\u00e9lectrons, la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau a tendance \u00e0 diminuer et la plasticit\u00e9 \u00e0 augmenter apr\u00e8s le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud, en particulier pour les mat\u00e9riaux utilisant la technologie SLM. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne s'explique par le fait que la vitesse de refroidissement du processus de formage SLM est plus rapide et qu'une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de martensite se forme dans la pi\u00e8ce form\u00e9e, qui se d\u00e9compose apr\u00e8s le recuit HIP, ce qui entra\u00eene une baisse de la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau et une augmentation de la plasticit\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la duret\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau change \u00e9galement avec le HIP, avec une baisse de duret\u00e9 de 5-10% apr\u00e8s le HIP. Globalement, le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud am\u00e9liore la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau et sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'extension des fissures de fatigue.<\/p><p>Limites du traitement par pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud<\/p><p>Le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud ne fonctionne pas bien sur n'importe quel mat\u00e9riau et pour n'importe quelle \u00e9limination de d\u00e9fauts, et une mauvaise configuration du processus de pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences tr\u00e8s graves.<\/p><p>(1) Pour les d\u00e9fauts ouverts (d\u00e9fauts qui s'\u00e9tendent de l'int\u00e9rieur de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce et au milieu gazeux externe), le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud n'a pas d'effet sur l'\u00e9limination des d\u00e9fauts.<\/p><p>(2) Lorsqu'un d\u00e9faut important (plus de 2 mm) existe dans la pi\u00e8ce, il forme un crat\u00e8re \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce, comme le montre la figure 5, et doit \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9 par soudage. Lorsque le crat\u00e8re se trouve dans une position o\u00f9 une r\u00e9paration par soudage n'est pas possible, il peut entra\u00eener la mise au rebut de la pi\u00e8ce, comme dans le cas de certaines pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 parois minces, de pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 parois minces ou de pales.<\/p><p>(3) Aucun effet sur l'\u00e9limination des fissures et des d\u00e9fauts d'inclusion.<\/p><p>(4) Le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud peut provoquer une oxydation de la surface de la pi\u00e8ce, formant une fine pellicule d'oxyde, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence entre les op\u00e9rations de finition.<\/p><p>(5) Le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud peut entra\u00eener de graves d\u00e9formations de la pi\u00e8ce et des mesures visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir ces d\u00e9formations doivent toujours \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es avant de proc\u00e9der au pressage.<\/p><p>(6) Des temp\u00e9ratures et des pressions de traitement mal r\u00e9gl\u00e9es peuvent entra\u00eener un amincissement de l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi de la pi\u00e8ce et, dans les cas les plus graves, un grossissement important de la taille des grains de la pi\u00e8ce, ce qui se traduit par de mauvaises propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du mat\u00e9riau et la mise au rebut de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p><p>(7) Pour les alliages pr\u00e9sentant de grandes diff\u00e9rences entre les points de fusion des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, il peut en r\u00e9sulter une combustion des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques \u00e0 faible point de fusion.<\/p><p>(8) Ne convient pas aux alliages eutectiques, faciles \u00e0 former des fissures de liqu\u00e9faction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\"
