Su ventaja es que la estructura densa, granos finos, composici\u00f3n uniforme y un excelente rendimiento, y tambi\u00e9n se puede aplicar a la reparaci\u00f3n y revestimiento. En la actualidad, la investigaci\u00f3n de la deposici\u00f3n por fusi\u00f3n l\u00e1ser en aleaciones de titanio, superaleaciones y otras aleaciones ha hecho un buen progreso, pero en aleaciones de aluminio, la investigaci\u00f3n de la deposici\u00f3n por fusi\u00f3n l\u00e1ser de aleaciones de aluminio es todav\u00eda muy limitada debido a la alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica, alta reflectancia l\u00e1ser de aleaciones de aluminio.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Truer R &amp; amp; Departamento de D hizo algunas investigaciones sobre la tecnolog\u00eda de fusi\u00f3n por l\u00e1ser seleccionado (SLM) de AlSi10Mg, y los resultados mostraron su resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n de las piezas SLM AlSi10Mg puede alcanzar 300MPa, incluso tan alto como 406MPa despu\u00e9s del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Y algunos estudiosos encontraron que el recurso l\u00e1ser tiene una gran influencia en las propiedades de las piezas depositadas de AlSi10Mg.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula (45-105um) del polvo de AlSi10Mg producido por Truer en este estudio se muestran en la Tabla 1. En el proceso de fusi\u00f3n y deposici\u00f3n por l\u00e1ser, el punto de enfoque es de 5 mm y el di\u00e1metro del punto de desenfoque es de aproximadamente 0,6 mm. El polvo l\u00e1ser de prueba fue de 920W, la direcci\u00f3n de escaneo fue unidireccional, la velocidad de escaneo fue de 1,2m\/min, la velocidad de alimentaci\u00f3n de polvo fue de 3,6g\/min, y la altura de deposici\u00f3n de cada capa fue de 0,42mm. Se prepar\u00f3 una muestra de pared simple con un grosor de 2 mm.
