Debido a sus altos niveles de resistencia a la fluencia, la vulcanizaci\u00f3n y la oxidaci\u00f3n, estas aleaciones se han utilizado ampliamente en las industrias aeroespacial y energ\u00e9tica. Suelen contener hasta 10 elementos de aleaci\u00f3n, incluidos elementos ligeros como el carbono o el boro, y elementos pesados refractarios como Ta, W, Nb o Re.<\/p><p><strong>Inconel 939<\/strong>(tambi\u00e9n conocido como <strong>En939<\/strong>)es una superaleaci\u00f3n con alto contenido en cromo que se utiliza habitualmente en \u00e1labes y palas de turbinas. Esta aleaci\u00f3n tiene buena capacidad de soldadura y suficiente resistencia a temperaturas de funcionamiento de hasta 950\u00b0C. Las superaleaciones similares a la In939, como la In718, la In625 y la Rene 220, forman una capa de Cr2O3 mediante la oxidaci\u00f3n preferente del Cr, protegiendo as\u00ed el metal de la corrosi\u00f3n a alta temperatura. La capa de \u00f3xido formada suele ser densa y de crecimiento lento y tiene una larga vida \u00fatil a temperaturas de funcionamiento de hasta 1000\u00b0C. Cuando se utiliza, la capa de Cr2O3 est\u00e1 sometida a tensiones, especialmente en condiciones c\u00edclicas, que pueden provocar el desconchamiento de la capa.<\/p><p>En esta investigaci\u00f3n, las caracter\u00edsticas de oxidaci\u00f3n de <strong>En939<\/strong> Las piezas producidas por AM y CM (fundici\u00f3n) se estudiaron en detalle despu\u00e9s de la exposici\u00f3n a 900\u00b0C con 158h utilizando microscopio \u00f3ptico y microscopio electr\u00f3nico de barrido (SEM) y espectroscopia de rayos X de energ\u00eda dispersiva (EDX).<\/p><p><strong>Materiales <\/strong><\/p><p>En <strong>En939<\/strong> se producen tanto por AM (Laser powder bed fusion, LPBF) como por CM (colada). De acuerdo con la imagen de la secci\u00f3n transversal, las muestras crecidas externamente <strong>Capas de Cr2O3<\/strong> con un espesor medio de 3 \u03bcm est\u00e1n presentes en todas las muestras. La capa es continua y uniforme, y no hay diferencias significativas en la escala de crecimiento externo entre las muestras en t\u00e9rminos de composici\u00f3n de fases y espesor de la capa de \u00f3xido debido a la anisotrop\u00eda de la microestructura.
