La mayor flexibilidad de dise\u00f1o de <strong>aleaciones de alta entrop\u00eda<\/strong>combinado con la comodidad de la tecnolog\u00eda LC, tiene un gran potencial de aplicaci\u00f3n. El efecto de la adici\u00f3n de Mo en el revestimiento l\u00e1ser sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de formaci\u00f3n y el proceso metal\u00fargico de<strong>(FeCoNiCr)-Mo <\/strong>Se investig\u00f3 el revestimiento de aleaci\u00f3n de alta entrop\u00eda.<\/p><p>Este estudio se centra en <strong>FeCoNiCr HEA<\/strong>de gran inter\u00e9s en los campos aeroespacial, del transporte y de la ingenier\u00eda naval, para investigar la viabilidad de los recubrimientos LC HEAs. Para cumplir los requisitos de eficiencia de utilizaci\u00f3n del l\u00e1ser y resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n, se introduce el elemento Mo en la aleaci\u00f3n FeCoNiCr HEA.<\/p><p>La adici\u00f3n del elemento Mo tiene las ventajas de un punto de fusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s alto y una mayor absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en el proceso de LC, lo que tiene el potencial de mejorar la eficiencia de la utilizaci\u00f3n del l\u00e1ser. Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan la bibliograf\u00eda existente, la adici\u00f3n de Mo puede mejorar la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n de las aleaciones de alta entrop\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b4c562 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3b4c562\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Materiales y m\u00e9todos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beb66a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"beb66a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1.4091<\/strong> acero inoxidable d\u00faplex (<strong>Cuadro 1<\/strong>) es el material de base. La interfaz de <strong>(FeCoNiCr)-Mo <\/strong>entre el revestimiento LC y el sustrato es clara y evidente, lo que indica una fuerte uni\u00f3n metal\u00fargica. La adici\u00f3n de Mo afectar\u00e1 definitivamente a la calidad de moldeo del recubrimiento (FeCoNiCr)-Mo HEA. Como se muestra en la Figura 1a, la calidad de moldeo de <strong>FeCoNiCr<\/strong> El recubrimiento LC es pobre sin la adici\u00f3n de Mo. El revestimiento de LC est\u00e1 compuesto principalmente por dendritas columnares y dendritas equiaxiales. La regi\u00f3n superior del revestimiento de LC presenta una orientaci\u00f3n irregular. En la zona media del recubrimiento, lejos de la interfaz del agua y el sustrato, se forman regiones de cristales columnares con tejido denso.
