Pero la mayor\u00eda de ellos s\u00f3lo pueden producir componentes de complejidad geom\u00e9trica limitada. Adem\u00e1s, estos procesos no son eficientes y resultan costosos debido a los largos procesos t\u00e9cnicos que conllevan.<\/p><p>Nuestra<strong>Polvos de carburo cementado WC-12Co<\/strong>preparadas mediante molienda por bolas, granulaci\u00f3n por pulverizaci\u00f3n, presinterizaci\u00f3n, tamizado y clasificaci\u00f3n pueden aplicarse mediante fundici\u00f3n en lecho de polvo por l\u00e1ser (LPBF). Las piezas de carburo por LPBF por nuestra mezcla<strong>WC-12Co en polvo<\/strong> con casi esf\u00e9rica con tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula de 15-53 \u03bcm, y el aglutinante Co se dispersa uniformemente en la matriz de WC se mostraron excelentes propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y caracter\u00edsticas de desgaste mediante el ajuste de la velocidad de exploraci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p><p><strong>Figura 1<\/strong> muestra la microestructura \u00f3ptica de las piezas LPBF de carburo cementado WC-12Co formadas a partir de polvos WC-12Co a una velocidad de escaneado de 400 mm\/s. Las zonas rojas y azules de la figura 1a representan los adhesivos de WC y Co (soluciones basadas en Co), respectivamente. Con el aumento de la velocidad de barrido l\u00e1ser, la HRA disminuye gradualmente. En el caso del carburo cementado WC-12Co formado a 380 mm\/s, pueden observarse claramente marcas de desgaste, y la matriz de WC est\u00e1 seriamente da\u00f1ada. En las muestras preparadas a una velocidad de 400 mm\/s pueden observarse ranuras y ara\u00f1azos, caracter\u00edsticas t\u00edpicas del desgaste abrasivo:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8a5b22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e8a5b22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"838\" height=\"593\" src=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/WC-12Co-part-by-LPBF.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-7666\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/WC-12Co-part-by-LPBF.png 838w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/WC-12Co-part-by-LPBF-300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/WC-12Co-part-by-LPBF-768x543.png 768w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/WC-12Co-part-by-LPBF-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 838px) 100vw, 838px\" title=\"\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-121d076 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"121d076\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f21a9f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f21a9f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Se investigaron la microestructura, las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y las caracter\u00edsticas de desgaste del carburo cementado de WC-12Co preparado mediante LPBF a partir de polvos de WC-12Co.<\/p><p>Las principales conclusiones se resumen a continuaci\u00f3n: (1) Se observ\u00f3 la distribuci\u00f3n alterna de granos gruesos y finos de WC en el carburo cementado WC-12Co preparado mediante LPBF. (2) Con el aumento de la velocidad de escaneo l\u00e1ser, TRS primero aumenta hasta el valor m\u00e1ximo, y luego disminuye. La variaci\u00f3n del TRS se atribuye principalmente a la evoluci\u00f3n de la fase \u019e fr\u00e1gil y a defectos metal\u00fargicos. (3) Para el carburo cementado WC-12Co formado a bajas velocidades de exploraci\u00f3n, la fase \u03b7 fr\u00e1gil puede romperse y cortar la matriz durante la fricci\u00f3n, lo que resulta en la p\u00e9rdida de masa de desgaste. Para las muestras formadas a altas velocidades de exploraci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n y el desprendimiento de capas de cizallamiento acelerar\u00e1n el proceso de fricci\u00f3n y destruir\u00e1n la resistencia al desgaste del carburo cementado WC-12Co.
