<strong>copper based<\/strong> and <strong>aluminium based<\/strong> alloy powders.<\/p><p>Comparable with <strong>Cu based and Al based brazing powders<\/strong>, <strong>Ni based brazing powders<\/strong> has better high temperature performance and high thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance suitable for marine or chemical industry electronics, but higher melting points requiring higher soldering temperatures.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Nickel based brazing powders <\/strong>are applied in vacuum brazing and gas protection brazing of various carbon steels, stainless steels, super alloys and tungsten carbides.<\/p><p><strong>Copper based brazing powder<\/strong> is applicable to all kinds of flame brazing, resistance brazing, high-frequency brazing and furnace brazing between various copper and copper alloys.<\/p><p><strong>Aluminium based brazing powder<\/strong> is suitable for the welding of aluminium-stainless steel, aluminium-aluminium.<\/p><p>Our brazing powders are produced by<strong> gas atomization process<\/strong> with <strong>spherical morphology<\/strong>.
