La composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica precisa y controlable del polvo de acero inoxidable d\u00faplex es la base y la dificultad de la preparaci\u00f3n de este tipo de polvo. Desde la perspectiva de la pr\u00e1ctica de la producci\u00f3n, este art\u00edculo analiza en detalle c\u00f3mo abrirse paso a trav\u00e9s de las tecnolog\u00edas clave para lograr una producci\u00f3n en masa estable.<\/p><p>El acero inoxidable d\u00faplex (DSS) es un material met\u00e1lico estructural multif\u00e1sico compuesto por una fracci\u00f3n volum\u00e9trica comparable de ferrita (\u03b1) y austenita (\u03b3). Pero algunas piezas de acero inoxidable d\u00faplex de estructura compleja son dif\u00edciles de fundir, lo que limita su desarrollo.<\/p><p>En comparaci\u00f3n con los procesos de fundici\u00f3n tradicionales, la ventaja de la impresi\u00f3n 3D es la capacidad de fabricar libremente piezas complejas directamente a partir de polvos, sin necesidad de recurrir a m\u00e9todos de fabricaci\u00f3n tradicionales como la extrusi\u00f3n, la forja, la fundici\u00f3n y el procesamiento secundario para obtener la forma deseada, y las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas del material pueden igualar o superar el nivel de fundici\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Se entiende que Truer Technology Co., Ltd. ha iniciado la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de una serie de polvo de acero inoxidable d\u00faplex desde 2021. Este tipo de acero inoxidable d\u00faplex tiene un alto contenido de N y un estrecho intervalo de composici\u00f3n, y c\u00f3mo controlar de forma precisa y estable el contenido de N en la aleaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es un desaf\u00edo t\u00e9cnico.<\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en los c\u00e1lculos termodin\u00e1micos y cin\u00e9ticos de la aleaci\u00f3n de N, el equipo de I+D de polvo de acero inoxidable de Truer formul\u00f3 un proceso de control de aleaci\u00f3n de N ajustable para obtener un control de N estable y preciso. El nivel de control de la serie de aceros inoxidables d\u00faplex con contenido de N producidos por Truer se muestra en la figura 3, y el contenido de N de todos los tipos de acero inoxidable d\u00faplex en todos los hornos se controla dentro del rango objetivo.
