El disulfuro de molibdeno es un polvo s\u00f3lido fabricado a partir de polvo de concentrado de molibdeno natural purificado qu\u00edmicamente y cuya estructura molecular se ha modificado.<br \/>El producto es negro con un color gris ligeramente plateado, brillo met\u00e1lico, suave al tacto, insoluble en agua.<br \/>El producto tiene las ventajas de una buena dispersi\u00f3n, sin enlace, se puede a\u00f1adir a todo tipo de grasa, formando un estado coloidal nunca enlace, puede aumentar la lubricidad de la grasa y la presi\u00f3n extrema. Tambi\u00e9n aplicable a alta temperatura, alta presi\u00f3n, alta velocidad, y las condiciones de trabajo mec\u00e1nico de alta carga, para prolongar la vida \u00fatil del equipo.<br \/>Disulfuro de molibdeno se utiliza para materiales de fricci\u00f3n, la funci\u00f3n principal es reducir la fricci\u00f3n a bajas temperaturas, fricci\u00f3n a alta temperatura, la cantidad de p\u00e9rdida de combusti\u00f3n es peque\u00f1a, f\u00e1cil de volatilizar en los materiales de fricci\u00f3n.<br \/>Reducci\u00f3n de la fricci\u00f3n: el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas de disulfuro de molibdeno alcanza 325-2500 mallas mediante el proceso de trituraci\u00f3n por flujo de aire supers\u00f3nico, dureza de las micropart\u00edculas 1-1,5, coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n 0,05-0,1, por lo que se puede utilizar en materiales de fricci\u00f3n puede desempe\u00f1ar un papel en la reducci\u00f3n de la fricci\u00f3n.<br \/>Fricci\u00f3n: El disulfuro de molibdeno no es conductor y existe como copol\u00edmero de disulfuro de molibdeno, trisulfuro de molibdeno y tri\u00f3xido de molibdeno.
