CoCrNi alloy powder was prepared by vacuum gas atomization, and the powder particle size range was 15-53 \u03bcm. The particle size of Al\u2082O\u2083 powder was 38-74 \u03bcm. These precipitates are distributed along the boundaries and effectively hindering the movement of dislocations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"393\" src=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-manufacturer.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9011\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-manufacturer.png 990w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-manufacturer-300x119.png 300w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-manufacturer-768x305.png 768w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-manufacturer-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mechanical properties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compression test results show that the ultimate compressive strength and hardness of CoCrNi parts increase significantly with the addition of Al\u2082O\u2083. In particular, when the Al\u2082O\u2083 content is 7.5 wt%, the ultimate compressive strength reaches 1143 MPa, the fracture strain is 29.8%, and the hardness is 300 HV. These performance improvements are mainly attributed to mechanisms such as grain refinement, dislocation strengthening, and second phase strengthening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"422\" height=\"372\" src=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-vendor.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9012\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-vendor.png 422w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-vendor-300x264.png 300w, https:\/\/am-material.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CoCrNi-powder-china-vendor-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 422px) 100vw, 422px\" \/><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this study, Al\u2082O\u2083-reinforced CoCrNi metal matrix composites were successfully prepared by LPBF technology, and the effect of Al\u2082O\u2083 addition on the material microstructure evolution and mechanical properties was systematically studied. The results show that adding an appropriate amount of Al\u2082O\u2083 can significantly improve the mechanical properties of CoCrNi LPBF parts.
