Im Vergleich zu den additiven Verfahren der Laser- oder Elektronenstrahltechnik hat die Kaltgasspritztechnik eine k\u00fcrzere Produktionszeit, eine hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t bei der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und wird nicht durch die hohe Reflektivit\u00e4t von Kupfer, Aluminium und anderen Metallen auf dem Laser beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Unser speziell f\u00fcr das Kaltgasspritzen entwickeltes gasverd\u00fcstes Metallpulver ist in einer Vielzahl von Legierungen erh\u00e4ltlich, darunter reines Kupfer, CuAg, CuAgZr, CuCrZr, CuZn, CuCrNb und reines Aluminium, A357, Al2204, Al6061, Al7050, Al5052, A380, Al7075, Al5056, AlSi10Mg.\n\nBeim Kaltgasspritzen werden PSD 0-50um Feststoffpulver in einem\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Supersonic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00dcberschall<\/a>\u00a0Gasstrahl bis zu Geschwindigkeiten von ca. 1200\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Metre_per_second\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\/s<\/a>. Beim Aufprall auf das Substrat werden die Partikel\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plastic_deformation_in_solids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plastische Verformung<\/a>\u00a0und haften an der Oberfl\u00e4che.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thermal_spraying\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thermisches Spritzen<\/a>\u00a0Techniken, z.B.,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plasma_spraying\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plasmaspritzen<\/a>Lichtbogenspritzen,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flame_spraying\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flammspritzen<\/a>oder Hochgeschwindigkeits-Sauerstoffkraftstoff (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/HVOF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HVOF<\/a>), werden die Pulver w\u00e4hrend des Spr\u00fchvorgangs nicht geschmolzen.\n\nEs gibt mehrere Faktoren, die die Qualit\u00e4t der kalt gespritzten Schichten und die Abscheidungseffizienz beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen. Die wichtigsten Einflussfaktoren sind:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Gasart, z. B. Luft, Stickstoff, Helium<\/li>\n \t<li>Gasdruck<\/li>\n \t<li>Temperatur des Gases<\/li>\n \t<li>Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/li>\n \t<li>Eigenschaften des Ausgangsmaterials, z. B. Dichte, Festigkeit, Schmelztemperatur<\/li>\n \t<li>D\u00fcsentyp<\/li>\n \t<li>Substrat<\/li>\n \t<li>Abscheidekinetik (Pistolenquergeschwindigkeit, Scan-Geschwindigkeit, Anzahl der Durchg\u00e4nge ...)<\/li>\n \t<li>Abstand zwischen der Kaltspritzd\u00fcse und dem Substrat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\nUnsere wasserzerst\u00e4ubten Pulver mit sehr feinen Pulvern haben zahlreiche Vorteile f\u00fcr die additive Fertigung im Kaltgasspritzverfahren und sind auch eine \u00e4u\u00dferst wirtschaftliche Art und Weise f\u00fcr Kaltgasspritzverfahren, insbesondere f\u00fcr eisenbasierte Kaltgasspritzverfahren wie 316L, Invar 36, 300M, M2, 304L, da die Herstellungskosten der Wasserzerst\u00e4ubung im Vergleich zu VIGA viel niedriger sind.\n\n \nEinige teurere Pulver aus Titanlegierungen und Nickellegierungen werden ebenfalls f\u00fcr das Kaltgasspritzen verwendet, wie z. B. CP Ti, Ti6Al4V und Inconel 718, Inconel 625, NiCr8020, reines Nickel.
