CuAl10 powder is suitable for processes, such as laser cladding, enabling part repair. After repair, the mechanical, corrosion and heat resistance of the component are excellent, and it can precisely meet the harsh working conditions in multiple fields.

CuAl10 alloy powder by PREP process

Plasma rotating electrode atomization (PREP) for CuAl10 powder production involves heating a high-speed rotating CuAl10 ingot with a transfer arc plasma heat source to form a liquid metal film.
