Die pr\u00e4zise und kontrollierbare chemische Zusammensetzung von Duplex-Edelstahlpulver ist die Grundlage und die Schwierigkeit bei der Herstellung dieser Art von Pulver. Aus der Perspektive der Produktionspraxis wird in diesem Beitrag detailliert analysiert, wie die Schl\u00fcsseltechnologien durchbrochen werden k\u00f6nnen, um eine stabile Massenproduktion zu erreichen.<\/p><p>Duplex-Edelstahl (DSS) ist ein mehrphasiger metallischer Konstruktionswerkstoff, der aus einem vergleichbaren Volumenanteil von Ferrit (\u03b1) und Austenit (\u03b3) besteht. B. chloridhaltigen S\u00e4uren, aus.<br \/><br \/>Abbildung 1 zeigt den Vergleich der Korrosionsgeschwindigkeit von Duplex- und austenitischen nichtrostenden St\u00e4hlen bei Siedetemperaturen in einem Gemisch aus 50 % Essigs\u00e4ure und verschiedenen Mengen Ameisens\u00e4ure. Einige Gussteile aus rostfreiem Duplexstahl mit komplexer Struktur sind jedoch schwer zu gie\u00dfen, was ihre Entwicklung einschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p><p>Im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Gussverfahren liegt der Vorteil des 3D-Drucks darin, dass komplexe Teile direkt aus Pulvern hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen, ohne dass herk\u00f6mmliche Fertigungsverfahren wie Strangpressen, Schmieden, Gie\u00dfen und sekund\u00e4re Bearbeitung erforderlich sind, um die gew\u00fcnschte Form zu erhalten. Die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Materials k\u00f6nnen das Niveau des Gusses erreichen oder \u00fcbertreffen.<\/p><p>Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass Truer Technology Co., Ltd. seit 2021 mit der Forschung und Entwicklung einer Reihe von rostfreiem Duplexstahlpulver begonnen hat. Diese Art von rostfreiem Duplexstahl hat einen hohen N-Gehalt und ein enges Zusammensetzungsintervall, und wie man den N-Gehalt in der Legierung genau und stabil kontrolliert, ist auch eine technische Herausforderung.<\/p><p>Auf der Grundlage der thermodynamischen und kinetischen Berechnungen der N-Legierung hat das RD-Team von TruerStainless Steel Powder ein einstellbares Verfahren zur Steuerung der N-Legierung entwickelt, um eine stabile und genaue N-Steuerung zu erreichen. Der Regelungsgrad der von Truer hergestellten Serie von N-haltigen Duplex-Edelst\u00e4hlen ist in Abbildung 3 dargestellt, und der N-Gehalt aller Arten von Duplex-Edelst\u00e4hlen wird in allen \u00d6fen innerhalb des Zielbereichs geregelt.
